I bring decades of experience from leadership roles across multiple brands within large dealership groups, where I served as a General Manager and General Sales Manager for Toyota, Chevrolet, Lexus, and Ford stores. In those roles, I was responsible not only for operational performance, but for ensuring customers clearly understood their transactions and felt confident in the decisions they were making.
I also spent several years in automotive banking with Ally, working directly with dealerships nationwide and training Finance Managers on deal structure, compliance, and best practices. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how automotive deals are built and approved behind the scenes, and insight most buyers never have access to. Across every chapter of my career, my approach has remained the same. Transparency matters. Education empowers. The right deal is one the customer fully understands.
I have had the privilege of helping thousands of people find the vehicles they want. I have seen the excitement that comes with a new purchase, and I truly believe buying a vehicle should be a positive experience, not a stressful or frustrating one. Over the years, I've also heard many stories from customers about past experiences at other dealerships, times when they felt pressured, confused, or taken advantage of. Hearing those stories never sat right with me, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I decided to build something different.

Kimberly serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Driven Auto Solutions, where she leads the company’s digital strategy and technology systems to ensure every client receives a clear, trustworthy, and seamless experience. She oversees the website, social media platforms, and communication tools that support and guide customers throughout the car-buying journey.
Her professional path has always centered on serving people well. With a Bachelor of Arts degree and several years in client-focused roles, including property management and real estate, she developed strong organizational leadership skills, contract coordination, and problem-solving skills while serving clients and managing daily operations. Her diverse background shaped her heart for service, attention to detail, and an ability to remain calm and solutions-focused to help people feel confident and informed.
Today, she brings that same service-driven mindset into her work as CTO focusing on website management, digital systems, and operational strategy that simplify the process for clients. Kimberly develops and manages the technology and digital resources that help clients understand their options, avoid costly mistakes, and make confident decisions. From creating helpful content to improving the customer experience, her work is centered on making the process simpler, more transparent, and less stressful for families.
